The President of Albanian Film Center, partner n° 3 of CIRCE, was interviewed during CIRCE Kick-off Meeting, held in Bari on 11-12 October 2018.

The project CIRCE, co-funded for around 800.000 EUR by the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Programme, aims to improve conditions for the growth of the cultural and creative industries belonging to the audiovisual sector, which can foster the valorisation of cultural heritage in the involved areas.
