"The audiovisual sector is growing worldwide and can give Molise Region an occasion of further promotion of the territory at national and international level" are the words of Celestino Manselli, consultant of Molise Region, partner n° 4 of CIRCE project. 

Celestino Manselli was interviewed during CIRCE Kick-off Meeting, held in Bari on 11-12 October 2018.

The project CIRCE, co-funded for around 800.000 EUR by the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Programme, aims to improve conditions for the growth of the cultural and creative industries belonging to the audiovisual sector, which can foster the valorisation of cultural heritage in the involved areas.
